Spots Are Running Out!

June is almost over, and we are running out of spots! We have only ONE 4 bedroom home available, and just a handful of 2 and 3 bedroom homes left. So, if you’re still looking for somewhere to live for the 2011-2012 school year you’re in luck! We are currently running two very enticing specials. You can now sign a lease for a 2 bedroom home for $449 per bedroom. Our original market rates are typically $490 per bedroom so we advise you to take advantage of these great rates as soon as possible. Our other special is for our 3 bedroom homes. Our original market rent for a 3 bedroom home is $435 per bedroom and you can now rent them for the same price as a 4 bedroom at $405 per bedroom!
