We want to thank all of our tenants for a great year in 2011! We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Please remember that rent is due on January 1st and late on the 6th. We will be in the office accepting payments on the 2nd. You can also put payments through the door or pay online!
If you are interested in living at the Orchard in January, please keep in mind that we are offering short term leases of 4 and 7 months. Listed below are our current specials:
2 Bedroom: $450 per bedroom per month
3 Bedroom: $420 per bedroom per month
3 Bedroom Duplex: $410 per bedroom per month
4 Bedroom: $400 per bedroom per month
